Thanks for shopping at OIO Design. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns or Exchange Policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must specify the reason of return / exchange in an email to customer service at email@example.com - All returns must be authorised by a member of the OIO Design Customer Service Team.
The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.
We do not issue the refund if:
There is a 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
The shipping fees for the return packages will be paid by the customers.
The name on the order and the order number should be indicated on the return label. Please note that return label can only be issued to damage or wrong item delivered.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by OIO Design. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs.
If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hoursor before the package are shipped.
