All orders are processed and shipped from Allentown, PA, United States by DHL, Fedex or UPS. Most orders are processed in 2-5 working days and are delivered in 3-6 working days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, OIO Design is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by OIO Design. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
You will also receive a Tracking Number so you can track your oder when it is on its way to you.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
OIO Design is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours or before the package are shipped.
