WARRANTY POLICY

If you didn't purchase  an extended warranty with your initial purchase, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase  

This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical products purchased from OIO Design.

What does the extended warranty cover? 

  • Damage during delivery 
  • Product errors or faulty

What does the extended warranty not cover?

  • Accidental damages
  • Water damages
  • Damage with intent  

How to make a claim?

Email us at support@oiodesign.com w ith proof of purchase of your extended warranty and a  picture of your product either faulty, damaged or errors with the problem descriptions.

How does the warranty works? 

Once we have confirmed that you are qualified for the extended warranty. Depending on the situation, we will send you a replacement part free of charge or we may require you to send us back the product for us to check and repair. 

The location for the product shipment will be informed in our warranty approval email.

Generally it will takes around 2-4 weeks including shipment, processing, checking, repairing for you to receive your new items. 

If it is the case of replacing some parts, the new parts will arrive to your location in around 5-10 working days.
